Life, however trifling, has taught me many things and amongst these things is the power to accept each and every individual however unnatural their habits may be. The reason I have decided to focus on this matter is because recently I read some very disturbing news. In Iran 2 teenagers were sentenced to death by hanging for engaging in homosexual acts. They were imprisoned for 14 months and each received 228 lashes. The boys admitted that they did engage in homosexual acts but were unaware of the consequences of their actions. Many believe that they may have lied due to fact that they were tortured and forced to endure unnatural punishments. But what can be brought from the way in which Iran handled this matter? Is this humane? Is this progression in their eyes? I have no fucking clue because I am American and I am thankful for that, but my heart goes out to the two young boys that did not have the opportunity to live out a life of happiness and joy because some homophobe could not accept them as humans.
However shady the situation may seem Iran Officials claim that the boys were not executed for engaging in homosexual activities, but because of an allegation that the two teen boys had raped a third subject. A reporter reported that the two teens held another teen at knife point and forced him to engage in homosexual activities against his will. What were these homosexual activities? I have no fucking clue.
ABOUT THE ACCUSED TEENS
The teen’s names were Mahmoud Asgari and Ayaz Marhoni. Neither boy had ever been in trouble with the courts or police prior to the incident. Are they true rapist or are they simply victims of homophobia?
This question will never be answered because the investigation was closed and their lives were taken. Life is a fucked entity disguised as something that can be ‘’enhanced’’ and ‘’bettered’’, but it constantly fucks us up the ass (no pun intended). So my advice for you, the reader, is to not judge what you have not taken the time out to understand and remember when life says ‘’FUCK YOU’’…You say ‘’No, Fuck YOU, Life.’’
